Services

We provide SEO, Google Ads, performance marketing, social media marketing and website development services. The exact scope, timeline and price for each project are agreed in a written proposal or invoice, which takes priority over these terms.

Payments

Fees are payable as stated in the proposal or invoice, usually in advance for monthly services.
Advertising budgets (Google, Meta and others) are paid by the client directly to the ad platform unless agreed otherwise, and are separate from our management fee.
Paid fees for work already done are not refundable.

Results

Search rankings, ad performance and leads depend on search engines, competition, budget and your website, which we do not control. We work to best industry practice but do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or sales. Past results shown on this site are examples, not promises.

Client responsibilities

You agree to give timely access to accounts, content and approvals, and confirm that material you provide does not break any law or third-party rights.

Website content

Text, images and design on this website belong to Ashok Kumar unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Cancellation

Monthly services can be cancelled by either side with 15 days written notice, unless the proposal says otherwise.

Liability and law

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction.
